		<description>My man had the same sort of talk with me!!  He has been nagging me to excercise so that I have more energy and feel better.  I tried excercise programs that were to strenous for my MS condition.  I have settled on walking and stretching with some low impact excercises.  I feel so much better and now have my weight under control.  Now I am on the other end of the stick bugging my husband to eat better and lose weight.  He has yet to see what he is actually doing to himself by not listening to me!!  I need to encourage him as he did for me!!</description>
