Since joining Walkingspree, I’ve experienced a revival of sorts: Music that moves my body. There are two free podcast sites I highly recommend:PODRUNNER and Motion Traxx. Below are some favorite tracks.

If you’re old enough to remember House in it’s prime and you like your gospel music unconventional, you’re going to love going to church up in here. #56 is set at 125 beats per minute, ideal for resistent training or power walking.

My latest passion is Deekron’s Motiontraxx episode #56. Favorite tracks: “I Found Love,” by Michele McCanin and “Lift You Up” by Jyack All.

For interval training, I really like PODRUNNER format. I’ve only done week #1 since most days I walk outside and I prefer doing interval training on a treadmill. I’ve included the link to PODRUNNER but you can also download DJ Beatsmith’s podcasts from iTunes.
